Description
The Shinku Akuma Kachi were low ranking infantry samurai who, according to legends, prayed to a demon that lived within the flames of burning buildings. It was their wish that the demon would grant them the strength and ability to burn across the field of battle. They continually grew stronger as they consumed their enemies. After victories they set structure fires to honor the Shinku Akuma for giving them victory in battle. A small force, they were feared by many clans who would rather pay them bribes to pass through their provinces without attacking any of their villages or castles.
The Shinku Akuma painted their yoroi red with accented black and yellow odoshi lacing to resemble the flames and ash that was left in the wake of their battles. The horned demon crest worn on their kabuto was even rumored to hiss and snarl at the enemy while in combat. This created a spirit of fear in all who faced off with these fierce warriors. Out of respect, our katchû-shi (Japanese armor smith) will craft this armor with great care as to avoid the risk of upsetting the Shinku Akuma. This particular samurai suit features Kiritsuke Iyozane (simulated scale), sode (shoulder guards) and kusazari (defensive skirt plating).
Features: Kachi Class.
- Variation of paint, nylon odoshi colors and features.

Our skilled katchû-shi (armorers) at the Iron Mountain Armory will need at least 3 to 5 weeks, depending on options selected, and other scheduled orders, for the custom handcrafting of your yoroi. |

Between the price, quality and service you receive there should be a 6 star rating. Never before have I received such honest and dedicated customer service and even picture updates of my order being made! I had high expectations when ordering my armor and Japanese Armor rose to the challenge. Bravo!
AMAZING ARMOR! It fits in with my decor and stands out, making a HUGE statement at the same time. I don’t plan on wearing it but still purchased the TAISHO class model and I can see how this armor will really stand up in battle. It is very well constructed and detailed and the horns are dominating! I can see how lesser samurai would run scared at the site of a samurai wearing this armor charging at them.
Great customer service too. Fast responses to emails and intuitively answering questions before I can ask them. I could really tell these guys know their stuff! I will be saving up for another suit next year!
Beautifully crafted got exactly what i wanted fits perfectly and good customer service too
