Description
Toppai Bachi Kabuto is beautifully handcrafted by the best kachushi (armor crafter). This kabuto looks quite similar to hachi style. They are crafted with a pulled or pinched style to their design; making them almost “egg” shaped. Some extreme Toppai Bachi have exaggerated cone-like shapes that can extend up to towering heights. Although this style of kabuto was used during the Sengoku Period, it became more popular and more extravagant in design during the Edo Period.
It comes with a menpo (facial armor) is a traditional “ressei-men” style; which features a kuchi hige (mustache), shiwa (facial wrinkles), odayori ore kugi (posts), hana (detachable nose guard), mimi (ear covers) and tare (throat guard).
Features: Taisho Class. Each Toppai-Bachi kabuto is traditionally crafted.
- Traditionally crafted, full sized and fully functional
- Customizable colors and menpo
- Comes with a basic portable stand
