G13: Demon Samurai Armor Set

  • Standard Suit Options

    Select from these options to customize your samurai armor set.

    Change the 2nd color & texture of your armor for the main plate colors noted in BLACK SUNA of the product image.  This option often changes the Helmet, Tare (throat guard), Sode (shoulder plates), Do (chest), Kusazuri (plate skirt), Haidate (apron) & Suneate (shins).

    Change the 2nd color & texture of your armor for the alternate plate colors noted in CRIMSON SUNA of the product image.  This option often changes the Menpo (mask), Sode Bottom Plate (Bottom Shoulder Plate), Kote (Sleeves) & Kusazuri Bottom Plate (Bottom Skirt Plate)

    Change the 3rd color & texture of your armor for the alternate BLACK plates seen in the product image.  This option often changes the Shikoro (helmet neck plate), & Fukigaeshi (helmet ears).

    Select the LACE (Odoshi) Color you would like for your armor.

    Select the color used for the BOTTOM HORIZONTAL LACE, on ALL Bottom Hanging Plates.

    Select to change, customize or remove the front crest (maedate) on the helmet. You can select a standard brass mon (symbol), your own custom mon / logo or a wooden or brass design.     Add Copper Trim (Fukurin) to your armor.

    These help keep your sode in place.
    Recommended if using armor for any combat training.

    Select if you would like your armor with a Smooth Finish or Raised Rivets (add rivets to helmet and chest).

    Select the Linen Material or Art. Silk Brocade used for your Armor parts.

    Select to Heat Temper your steel armor plates to Add more toughness. Your armor will be heated to 700 degrees, making it more resilient and less likely to dent or break upon hard impacts. Best for Martial Arts Training, LARP & SCA Sports.







    Select to receive a Digital Picture Mockup (Simulation) of your order. We will email you a Mockup for your review before we start crafting your item. You can Approve or request Changes before we start crafting your item.

    Select to upgrade your standard black lacquer Yoroi Bitsu (storage box & stand) to a natural lacquer Deluxe Bitsu with "dove tailed" joints.

    Choose to add Samurai or Custom Mon (symbol) to your Yoroi Bitsu (armor box). Custom Mon's needs to be e-mailed to us in a mono-color, “Clip-Art” format.Akai Oni Taisho Yoroi(Click through the product images to see different Standard Mon Options.)

    Kabuto Options

    Select these options to further customize your Kabuto (helmet).

    Add a symbol (mon) to the ears (fukigaeshi) of your helmet. This can be a standard mon or custom design you can email us in "Clip-Art" format.

    Add a Kasa Jirushi no Kan (ring with tassel) to the back of a helmet with an Agemaki Bow (a specially knotted cord).Kasa Jirushi No Kan

    Customize the visor of your helmet with embosed eyebrows and/or wrinkles.
    Kabuto Visor Options - Miage Shiwa - Mayu

    Select your choice of face armor available for your yoroi.  Standard and Ressei Menpo option will give you nose and mustache options.  Henpo and Hoate are without nose option.

    Gashira menpo Options by Iron Mountain Armory

    Add character to your armor by selecting a custom mustache option.menpo mustache options(This option is only available with certain mask / nose styles.)

    Add a "Soul Patch" beard to the top chin (below lip) of my Hanbo or Hoate.

    Select the color you would like your mustache to be.

    Chest Options

    Select from the following options to further customize your Do (chest armor).

    Add 1 or 2 WAIST RINGS (holding rings) to either side of your Dō (chest plate), used to hold bags, tie a weapon, Gunbai and/or your Sarashi in place.  We recommend adding both if you are training in your armor.

    Add a Banner Holder (Machi-Uke) to the back of your Gashira or Kachi Dō (chest armor) so you can attach a Sashimono (war banner) to your armor set.

    This option offers to make your kuzazuri (skirt plate) detachable / interchangeable.  Commonly used in the past for fast repair / replacement of the kuzazuri, or removable for fast and quiet movement of troops. Kusazuri Options

    Select options to further customize your Kote

    Select to add a Tekko no Suemon (Brass Engraved Emblem on the back of the hand).

    Select the MON you would like for you Tekko no Suemon.

    Sizing Options

    The Sizing Options for your custom samurai armor set.

    This option changes the girth size of your Dō (chest armor).  While inhaling deeply, have an assistant wrap the tape measure under your armpits around the largest part of your chest.  In the back, you want the tape measure to wrap across your shoulder blades. The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.


    Please Note: Sizing is for reference only and may not reflect the final product. Please read the FAQs for more details.

    Please Note: It is better to select 1 size larger to accommodate under clothing.

    This option is for the waist circumference of the Dō (chest armor).  5: Place a tape measure on your navel (belly button) and straight around your waist, finishing at your navel. The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.

    Adjust the armor to your Height.  Standard sizing is 5' 8" (175 CM).  Select the option closest to your actual height.  If unsure, select 1 size smaller and enter your actual size in the order comments.

    Please select the option that is closest to your weight or next weight level greater, so our armorers can better fit your armor to your body size.

    Accessory Options

    Select accessories to add to your custom samurai armor order.

    Add a long cloth belt used to hold your dō firmly in place for a more comfortable with and to hold weapons and other accessories to your waist.

Description

The Chi Oni Samurai Gusoku (Blood Demon Samurai Armor Set) is  crafted with a traditional zunari and yokohagi okegawa ni-mai Do design.  Our Gashira katchû-shi (Armor Smith) carefully craft this particular yoroi with great care and have pre-selected the colors for this particular samurai armor set. Chi Oni Samurai’s zunari kabuto features mayu (eye brows) and miage shiwa (wrinkles) included.  Standard sized: 104 ~ 110 cm chest size.  5′ 4″ ~ 5′ 10″ height

Features: Gashira Class crafting.
