Description

Universal Helmet Stand is a one of a kind, custom crafted gallery quality helmet stand made by Iron Mountain Armory for both Asian and European helmets with six different configurations. Our kabuto stand is for both new and antique samurai kabuto with special bracket to provide Hachi support, to protect the Ukebari (Helmet lining).  This new “Y” adapter allows the kabuto to rest fully upon the rim of the hachi (called tate hagi no ita). This keeps the ukebari from stretching and tearing over time. Our helmet stand boasts a 25×25 CM, weighted base to provide full support, preventing your helmet from tipping over. It will stand securely regardless of what helmet size or weight you put on it. Our universal display stand features an adjustable center post that can slide between 28 and 45 CM. This center post can be re-configured to have a single short post if you would like to shorten the stand height by 4 CM. The top center support disk has 2 small notches to hold or pass through any hanging laces. This disk is also interchangeable with other support disks made available in the future.

Our universal helmet stand also features a unique mengu/menpo holder that can adjust up, down, in, out, left and right. With this, you can adjust your mask to any position you like. With both the adjustable center post and mask holder, the stand ensures the perfect position for both helmet and mask. All parts can be adjusted, altered, removed, replaced or new parts added. Don’t buy a basic wooden stand for the same price or even more money if it doesn’t have these features.
